Job Description
- Source and build talent pipelines using diverse channels, including job boards and referrals.
- Post jobs, monitor source-mix, and optimize to reduce cost and time-to-hire.
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, managing interviews.
- Achieve 7 offers monthly, negotiating and closing with hiring teams.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., offer acceptance rates) and report insights.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on talent acquisition strategies
