Key Responsibilities:
🚀 Sales & Business Development – Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and achieve sales targets.
🤝 Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
📊 Product Knowledge & Expertise – Stay updated on IT software trends, act as a subject matter expert, and collaborate with technical teams.
🎯 Sales Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement sales strategies, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights.
🌎 Collaboration & Coordination – Work with marketing, operations, and support teams to drive seamless software sales and delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
🛠 Strong understanding of software products, SaaS, and enterprise solutions.
💡 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
