About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling IT and Non-IT hiring , managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and working with clients to fulfill their hiring needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and closing positions.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, build strong relationships, and provide recruitment solutions.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
- Screening Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening, assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.
- Negotiation Offer Management: Facilitate salary discussions, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment within a recruitment firm or consultancy.
- Strong understanding of various IT technologies and non-technical roles across industries.
- Expertise in sourcing via job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other hiring platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment CRM tools .
