Key Responsibilities

 

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads that are ready to be passed off to the sales team.
  • Facilitate qualified leads for the sales team and work collaboratively with its members to execute appropriate strategies.
  • Research and understand the needs of potential clients and position Sycurio’s products and services as the solution.
  • Continuously improve your sales skills and knowledge of Sycurio’s products and services.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Key Qualifications, Skills, Experience

 

  • Experience in a BDR or inside sales role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Dedicated work ethic with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar sales platforms.
  • Experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Skilled in market research and industry analysis.
  • Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance and data security best practices.
