Job Title: IT Recruiter (Staffing Industry)

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding, ensuring an efficient and streamlined process.
  • Sourcing and Screening: Use diverse sourcing techniques, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screen applicants for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Management: Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates, keeping them informed with timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and deliver recruitment solutions. Build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Exhibit a solid understanding of IT technologies, including Java, C++, SAP, Oracle, and others. Stay informed on emerging tech trends to effectively assess candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless interview process.
  • Offer Negotiation and Closure: Facilitate offer negotiations to secure competitive compensation packages. Guide candidates through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring status. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record as an IT Recruiter within the staffing industry, with a successful placement history.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient understanding of technologies such as Java, C++, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft, with the ability to assess technical qualifications.
  • Recruitment Skills: Skilled in sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Client Management: Ability to establish and sustain strong client relationships. Knowledge of client needs and industry dynamics.
  • Organizational Skills: Proficient multitasking and prioritization skills. Capable of managing multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Team player with a willingness to collaborate. Can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any field).
