Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: GHRC Office, Poornaprajna Layout, Uttarahalli, Bangalore

Job Overview

Global HR Community (GHRC) is looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for fresh MBA graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience who are passionate about sales and want to build a career in a high-impact, people-focused organization. You will work closely with the Sales Head to support lead generation, client engagement, and conversion for GHRC’s memberships, events, sponsorships, and directory listings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in selling GHRC memberships, event passes, sponsorship packages, and directory listings.

  • Generate leads through research, calls, emails, and social media outreach.

  • Maintain and update the CRM with leads, prospects, and sales progress.

  • Follow up with clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.

  • Attend community events and virtual meetings to network and promote GHRC offerings.


Key Requirements

  • Education: MBA (Marketing/Sales/Business) – Freshers or 1–2 years of experience.

  • Skills:

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    • High energy, self-driven attitude, and eagerness to learn.

    • Basic knowledge of sales, CRM, and digital tools is a plus.

    • Passion for HR, networking, and professional communities is desirable.


Compensation & Work Setup

  • Salary:4 LPA + attractive performance-based incentives.

  • Work Mode: Work from Office – GHRC HQ, Poornaprajna Layout, Uttarahalli, Bangalore.

  • Reporting: Sales Head
