  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes
  • Handle PostgreSQL/SQL database maintenance, including error resolution and data purging
  • Automate processes to improve business continuity and availability
  • Work on service restoration strategies (RTO / RPO, switchover & switchback)
  • Monitor alerts across OS, hardware, and DB, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Collaborate with vendors for critical issue resolution
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to the knowledge base

🧠 What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux Administration

  • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL / SQL databases
  • Exposure to server & storage hardware environments
  • Experience in backup, restore, and DR operations
  • Familiarity with RTO, RPO, and DR drills

  • Proactive approach to monitoring and incident prevention

🎯 The Expectation

  • Ensure all incidents are resolved within SLA with proper closure
  • Be ready for on-site support, extended hours, or weekend work when required
