Role Description

We’re seeking a BPO Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers, provide basic information about our products/services, and qualify leads for our senior sales representatives. If you excel at engaging people over the phone and enjoy reaching sales targets, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities-

Outbound Calling: Make high-volume calls to potential customers, introducing our product/service offerings and gauging interest.

Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads, ensuring prospects are a good fit for our solutions before passing them to the sales team.

Relationship Building: Cultivate rapport and trust quickly, maintain a positive and professional tone, and address basic queries effectively.

Data Management: Accurately record interactions, update the CRM with feedback, and follow-up details.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies, share insights, and ensure a seamless experience for potential clients.

Qualifications –

Communication:Strong verbal communication skills in English

Sales Mindset: Ability to handle objections, stay resilient, and maintain focus on targets.

Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, BPO sales, or customer service is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
