What You’ll Focus On:

Strategic Marketing

  • Develop a differentiated positioning for Locad’s offerings across customers, analysts, partners, and internal teams.
  • Build category leadership in 3PL, fulfillment, and cross-border commerce.
  • Be the voice of the customer, driving customer-centricity across teams.
  • Track market trends, competition, and opportunities to refine our strategy.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement

  • Enable sales and marketing teams across the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, China, UAE, and the USA to sell more effectively.
  • Influence key business metrics: Revenue, Profitability, ACV, Win Rate, Sales Pipeline.
  • Lead initiatives such as:
  • GTM narratives, sales enablement decks & training
  • Win-loss & churn analysis to refine GTM strategy
  • Competitive research & battle cards
  • High-value deal enablement
  • Omnichannel demand generation campaigns & thought leadership content

Product Enablement

  • Collaborate with product teams to build features that customers love and derive value from.
  • Influence feature adoption, retention, and customer NPS.
  • Lead initiatives like:
  • Competitor benchmarking & product road mapping
  • Product launches & adoption strategies
  • In-app activations to drive engagement

Partner Enablement

  • Work with our supply team to expand Locad’s warehouse network and enhance partner value realization.
  • Influence warehouse NPS & engagement through:
  • Warehouse/supply positioning & differentiation
  • Learning academies & training programs
  • Partner communications & case studies

People Management & Collaboration

  • Manage one direct report (post-ramp-up) and oversee external consultants/freelancers as needed.
  • Collaborate with country-based field marketers (no direct reporting line).
  • Report directly to the Head of Marketing.

What You Bring:

  • 5-10 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, preferably targeting enterprise clients. Experience in e-commerce or supply chain tech is a strong plus.
  • A strategic thinker who can craft compelling narratives while diving deep into data-driven analysis.
  • Comfortable working with technology, product, content, and GTM strategies.
  • Strong ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across roles, levels, and time zones.
