💼 Role: LinkedIn Outreach Consultant
We’re hiring freelance, remote outreach professionals who are passionate about helping certified project professionals (PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP®, etc.) evolve into successful trainers and mentors.
This is a performance-based sales role, ideal for LinkedIn marketers, ed-tech sales professionals, outreach consultants, students, or career advisors who are:

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with certified professionals on LinkedIn

Send personalized outreach messages to promote 1Demy’s Train-the-Trainer programs

Follow up with leads to explain the value of lifetime trainer licensing

Maintain activity tracking via CRM or Google Sheets

Collaborate with the internal mentoring team for onboarding

Represent 1Demy with professionalism and clarity
💰 Compensation & Incentives
This is a performance-incentive-based role with no fixed salary but high earning potential:

₹1,000 per confirmed enrollment
-
₹1,000 additional per program upgrade (ACP, CAPM, LSS, DA, etc.)

Earning potential: Up to ₹1,50,000/month
🎉 Milestone Bonuses

30 Enrollments = ₹30,000
-
50 Enrollments = ₹50,000 + ₹20,000 Bonus
-
100 Enrollments = ₹1,00,000 + ₹50,000 Bonus
Top performers will be promoted to a Full-Time Business Development Manager role.
