Job Description

iSpace Technologies is seeking a VoIP Engineer with expertise in identifying and working on platforms like Asterisk+Kamailio, Power Media XMS server, FreeSwitch, or cloud-based options. If you have strong technical skills in VoIP technologies and a passion for unified communications, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement VoIP platforms (Asterisk+Kamailio, Power Media XMS, FreeSwitch, or cloud solutions).
  • Configure and maintain PBX systems, SIP trunking, and Unified Communications (UC) systems.
  • Ensure VoIP security by applying best practices and encryption methods.
  • Analyze call flows and monitor network performance using industry-standard tools.
  • Work on Genesys Applications and related systems.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP, etc.).
  • Proficiency with PBX systems and SIP trunking.
  • Experience in VoIP security practices.
  • Familiarity with tools for call flow analysis and network performance monitoring.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
