Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as a UI/UX Tester and play a pivotal role in crafting seamless, engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products stand out in usability, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive end-to-end UI and UX testing across various platforms, devices, and browsers to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Validate UI components, layouts, responsiveness, and user interactions to meet design standards.
  • Perform cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive design testing using advanced testing tools.
  • Execute a range of UX testing methodologies, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and A/B testing, to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Identify, document, and report UI/UX issues using bug tracking systems such as Jira or Bugzilla.
  • Validate design prototypes from Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch against live or staging environments for accuracy.
  • Assess accessibility compliance (WCAG, ADA) with industry-standard testing tools, ensuring inclusive user experiences.
  • Collaborate with Designers, Developers, and Product Managers during Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and suggestions to optimize the user journey and product interface.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Tester, QA Analyst, or a related quality assurance role.
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, best practices, and modern design frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise with cross-browser and cross-device testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, LambdaTest).
  • Proficient in using browser developer tools for UI inspection and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with bug tracking and reporting tools such as Jira or Test Rail.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE).
  • Solid grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is considered an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear documentation.
  • Empathy for users and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with UI automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cy
  • press.ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
