About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Snapchat, TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. You will be responsible for creating high-performing ad strategies, optimizing budgets, and analyzing data to drive maximum ROI for our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Develop targeted audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad creatives to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure campaigns align with business goals, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.

Optimization & Performance Monitoring:

  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to improve ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • A/B test different ad formats, audiences, and creatives to enhance campaign performance.
  • Utilize retargeting and lookalike audiences to increase conversion efficiency.

Budget & Bidding Strategy:

  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across different platforms.
  • Implement automated and manual bidding strategies to maximize ad spend effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and report KPIs using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Generate insights from campaign data and provide performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Creative Collaboration & Ad Development:

  • Work closely with designers and content creators to develop engaging ad creatives (static, video, carousel, etc.).
  • Ensure ad copies and visuals align with target audience preferences and platform-specific best practices.

Industry Trends & Innovations:

  • Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry trends.
  • Experiment with new features and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media advertising.

Platform Knowledge: Proven experience managing ad campaigns on:

  • Snapchat Ads
  • TikTok Ads Manager
  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Twitter/X Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max, etc.)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with pixel setup, API integrations, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong understanding of ad bidding strategies and programmatic advertising.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance forecasting.

Creative & Communication Skills:

  • Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives.
  • Ability to collaborate with designers, content teams, and other stakeholders.

Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

  • Google Ads Certification
  • Meta Blueprint Certification
  • LinkedIn Ads Certification
  • TikTok Ads Certification
