We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with Training expertise who brings strong knowledge in Direct Taxes and Indian Financial Laws. This role involves managing large-scale government projects while delivering impactful training and ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead as both Project Manager and Trainer for government or large institutional projects
- Deliver training sessions on Direct Taxes and financial regulations
- Manage end-to-end project execution – planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting
- Coordinate with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ensure adherence to Indian financial laws and statutory requirements
- Develop training materials, documentation, and progress reports
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones as per contractual commitments
- Support audits, reviews, and governance processes
✅ Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Direct Taxes (Mandatory)
- In-depth knowledge of Indian Financial Laws
- Understanding of Company Laws (added advantage)
- Experience working on government or large-scale projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
- Strong project management & stakeholder handling abilities
🎯 Preferred Experience
- Experience as a Trainer or Subject Matter Expert in taxation/finance
- Exposure to government contracts or public sector projects
- Experience in national-level or large-scale programs
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to manage both project execution and training delivery
- Comfortable in structured, compliance-driven environments
