Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Change Manager Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Change Management guidelines, providing guidance to the team, and leading change initiatives for large-scale strategies. You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts by refining the Change Management process based on user feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure team compliance with Change Management processes and provide necessary guidance.
- Lead Change Management processes for complex changes.
- Provide change tools and expertise to support project strategies, resources, and coordination.
- Execute strategic Change Management initiatives.
- Review and improve the Change Management process based on user feedback.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in Change Management methodologies.
- Strong product and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, listening, teaching, and coaching abilities.
- Good project management skills, including risk management, stakeholder management, and planning.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Psychology.
- Certification in Change Management (preferred).
