Primary Responsibility:

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational hiring needs efficiently.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent that aligns with our values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.
