About the job

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various roles across the company. You will work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking to attract qualified candidates.

Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on different platforms to ensure visibility and attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Screening and Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews for potential candidates.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure job descriptions accurately reflect those requirements.

Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.

Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers and discuss compensation packages with selected candidates.

Onboarding Support: Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.

Database Management: Maintain an organized recruitment database and track candidates’ progress through the recruitment pipeline.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, including the number of open positions, candidate status, and interview outcomes.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability To Assess Candidates’ Qualifications And Cultural Fit.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other HR-related tools.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with social media recruiting (LinkedIn, Zoho)

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
