About the job
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Recruiter to oversee the end-to-
end hiring process for warehouse roles, including bikers, delivery associates,
pickers, and packers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening,
and onboarding candidates to meet the organization’s manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚· Field Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates through field visits, job fairs,
local network activations, and tie-ups with relevant hiring partners.
ï‚· Screening & Selection: Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and
assess candidates’ suitability.
ï‚· Documentation & Verification: Ensure proper collection and verification of
required documents, including ID proofs, background checks, and joining
formalities.
ï‚· Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they are
equipped with the necessary information and documentation.
ï‚· Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with operations and HR teams to
understand hiring needs and timelines.
ï‚· Reporting & MIS: Maintain and update recruitment trackers and provide
regular hiring status reports.
Requirements:
ï‚· Proven experience in bulk hiring, preferably in logistics, delivery, or
warehouse operations.
ï‚· Strong field sourcing skills and local network connections.
ï‚· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
ï‚· Ability to meet hiring targets under tight deadlines.
ï‚· Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a
plus.
Preferred Skills:
ï‚· Knowledge of local market dynamics and sourcing channels.
ï‚· Ability to travel extensively for field recruitment activities
