Job Description

Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with global sales and client account partners to create content for large deal pursuits.
- Develop original content and revise drafts for executive summaries, brochures, video scripts, solution summaries, executive letters, and emailers.
- Focus on emphasizing the human element of relationships, demonstrating value, and differentiating Infosys solutions.
- Balance storytelling with technical content to craft compelling narratives.
Pursuit Support:
- Assist pursuit teams in creating strong messaging across all pursuit artifacts.
- Ensure consistent tone, style, and messaging throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
- Manage assigned projects by establishing clear scopes and adhering to timelines.
- Set expectations with sales and delivery teams for receiving draft content.
Design and Visual Support:
- Collaborate with Corporate Design teams to create visual identities and supporting graphics.
- Write scripts for video productions that effectively differentiate Infosys capabilities and experience.
- Support additional Corporate Design initiatives as needed.
Communication and Quality Assurance:
- Understand and articulate the client/end-user perspective to craft high-level communication plans.
- Apply storytelling expertise to develop engaging narratives.
- Ensure persuasive and grammatically correct content by adopting appropriate English styles.
- Maintain clarity, flow, and concise messaging in all documents.
- Provide feedback to the pursuit team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Project Management:
- Work independently to manage projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members while maintaining accountability for tasks.
- Manage, review, and edit content, removing unnecessary elements when needed.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on new projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong storytelling expertise with a focus on persuasive communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different English styles (American, British, Australian, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects within strict timelines.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Preferably from a branding or marketing agency or an IT/BPO provider.
- Experience in marketing, content writing, or proposal development roles.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications, Journalism, English Literature, or Creative Writing.
- MBA in Marketing (preferred).
