Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in science, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
● Counseling & Guidance: Provide personalized academic counseling to students, helping them choose suitable courses and preparation strategies
● Course Promotion: Effectively pitch our courses and programs to students and parents, highlighting their benefits and aligning them with students’ academic goals
● Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets by enrolling in courses
● Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with students and their families to foster trust and ensure ongoing support
● Customer Support: Address inquiries from prospective students and parents, providing them with detailed information about courses, schedules, and registration processes
● Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in competitions and education to better inform students and parents
Qualifications:
● Education: Graduate
● Experience : 6 months- 1 year (Freshers can apply )
● Experience: Previous experience in academic counseling and sales with edtech is plus
● Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skill
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Persuasive and confident in pitching courses and program
Work Location – HSR Layout , Bangalore
