Job Description
Job Objective:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager – Traditional Marketing at SOBHA Ltd. The role focuses on planning and executing high-impact BTL activations, with a strong emphasis on exclusive events, brand collaborations, and HNI engagement. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and managing premium experiential events, partnering with luxury brands, HNI networks, and corporate groups to enhance brand positioning. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of experience in real estate marketing, specializing in residential projects. This position is dedicated to curating bespoke marketing experiences that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and high-value conversions for SOBHA’s luxury residential developments in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities include market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities.
• Assisting the Regional Head for planning and implementation of marketing activities
• Leading end to end planning and execution of BTL activities for launch and sustenance campaigns with seasonal experience in on-ground activations & promotions.
• Generate innovative Below The Line (BTL) activation ideas tailored to micro-markets, enhancing local visibility and engagement.
• Conceptualize and design events catering to the luxury market, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive event calendar encompassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly events for residential themed projects.
• Plan and establish collaborations for co-branded events and brand alliances, fostering relationships with luxury brands for partnerships and event participation.
• Establish partnerships with luxury brands, facilitating their participation in events and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record in event management with a focus on the luxury market, demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking.
• Adept at generating unique event concepts and experiences that resonate with the luxury audience
This role demands a strategic executor with sharp planning and execution skills, capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders and driving projects to completion—on time, every time.
The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a deep understanding of advertising, brand collaborations, and event generation in the luxury industry. They must have the ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact BTL activations, craft innovative event strategies, and forge powerful partnerships with top-tier luxury brands.
This individual will work closely with the Regional Head to not only plan but aggressively implement marketing initiatives, ensuring brand dominance in micro-markets through cutting-edge activations. They will own the event calendar, drive brand alliances, and relentlessly push for excellence in execution.
