What We’re Looking For

✔️ 1-4 years of experience in SaaS sales

✔️ Proven success working in the US time zones

✔️ A quota-crushing mindset with a passion for cold calling & email personalization

✔️ Resilience to rejection and the ability to stay motivated (US lead gen demands it!)

✔️ Excellent communication skills—confident, persuasive, and relationship-driven

✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

What You’ll Do

🔹 Be the face of Facilio for prospects evaluating our solutions

🔹 Drive pipeline growth through targeted outreach & lead qualification

🔹 Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects

🔹 Use calls, emails, and social media to maximize engagement

🔹 Lead prospect meetings and facilitate smooth hand-offs to the sales team

🔹 Develop deep product expertise to guide prospects effectively

🔹 Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to refine the qualification process

🔹 Maintain accurate CRM records and champion Facilio’s solutions
