About the job

The Sales Manager, New Logo will focus on driving customer acquisition and achieving revenue growth objectives through strategic engagement with new clients.

This role is responsible for expanding Enghouse Interactive’s market share by establishing and cultivating relationships, building a qualified pipeline of prospective clients. The ideal candidate will bring innovative thought leadership, presenting compelling solutions and insights that create demand for Enghouse products and services. This includes educating potential clients on industry trends, best practices, and aligning solutions to their needs.

The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of effective sales strategies, successfully closing new deals to drive revenue growth. This is a Remote role, reporting to the Regional VP Sales.

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and align Enghouse solutions a to identify and qualify opportunities, as well as create and close commitments of commercial value for the company.
  • Generate and execute a business plan with clear strategies focused on providing key services to the target sectors, aligned with the characteristics of Enghouse solutions.
  • Identify new potential customers.
  • Present and sell the Enghouse Solution in coordination with the pre-sales teams.
  • Evangelize about Enghouse solutions and be a great representative of the product.
  • Being the leader throughout the sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing the sale.
  • Identify, establish, and maintain excellent customer/partner relationships at executive and business levels.
  • Create visibility around the Enghouse solution by networking with top influencers.
  • Participate in external industry events, activities, and organizations.

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • More than 2 years of experience in selling Omnichannel Contact Center Solutions / Contact Center Solutions
  • Consultative selling experience.
  • Have great negotiation skills.
  • A successful track record of selling a complex technology solution.
  • Have experience in managing metrics and KPIs.
  • The desire to be part of a great multicultural team, with the vocation of transforming the world of customer engagement and collaboration.
  • Present genuine enthusiasm and knowledge about technology, and a desire to promote innovation combined with the ability to present Enghouse as a business solution rather than a technology one.
  • Ability to lead project teams to achieve business results in a highly complex matrix environment.
  • Visualize what needs to be done to solve a customer problem, create specific action plans to achieve the goal, and organize multiple teams to deliver the solution.
  • Ability to listen, build relationships, build consensus, quickly establish credibility, and gain the trust of multiple areas of Enghouse, clients, partners, and the team.
  • English required, with great written and conversational fluency.
