In this job, you will act as a key point of contact in a specific site/location for employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. You will provide guidance on company policies, collaborate with leadership to improve employee satisfaction, and conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns. This role will utilize HR case data to assist in the identification of trends, recommending process improvements and training opportunities for leaders.  Additionally, you will assist in developing and delivering HR training programs, maintain accurate employee records, and stay updated on HR best practices to recommend continuous improvements.Â
Your day to day
- Serve as a key point of contact for all employee relations matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and fairness.
- Conduct investigations into escalated, complex complaints or concerns raised by employees, ensuring timely and thorough resolution.
- Collaborate with leadership and the HR team to develop and implement strategies and programs aimed at improving employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Assist in the development and delivery of employee training programs on various HR-related topics, such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and employee rights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay current on HR best practices and industry trends, making recommendations for continuous improvement to HR policies and procedures.
What do you need to bring-
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience managing and resolving employee relations matters.
- Experience coaching & training managers on best practices
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws & Regional HR best practices.
- Experience working in a large complex, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to engage and interact with different stakeholders across all levels in the organization
- Experience in working in a global environment.
