Job Overview
Global HR Community (GHRC) is seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Community Manager to build, engage, and grow our professional HR and People Managers’ community. Ideal for fresh MBA graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a global movement while gaining exposure to community building, content curation, events, and member engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with community members and ensure a vibrant, inclusive, and active environment.

Curate and manage content on the community platform – posts, discussions, events, and resources.

Organize online and offline community engagement initiatives – webinars, contests, meetups, etc.

Respond to member queries and ensure a high level of member satisfaction.

Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Marketing teams to align engagement with business goals.

Assist in onboarding new members and helping them navigate the community platform.

Monitor community analytics and suggest improvements for engagement and retention.
Key Requirements

Education: MBA (Marketing, HR, Communications, or related field) – Freshers or 1–2 years of experience.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinking and content curation abilities.

Social media savvy and familiarity with digital community tools.

Passion for people, networking, and creating meaningful connections.

Compensation & Work Setup

Salary: ₹4 LPA + performance-based incentives.
