Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system for accurate lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the business team with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in lead qualification, assignment, and follow-up to maximize conversions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team/Inside sales to align lead generation efforts with sales strategy.
  • Support the inside sales team by ensuring timely updates and insights from the CRM.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure smooth communication between teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales coordination or CRM management (preferably in B2B sales).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Prior experience in EV, automotive, or distribution sales is a plus.
