Position Summary
We are looking for a Junior HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our team. You will assist with recruitment processes, gain valuable experience, and help achieve our hiring goals. This is a great opportunity to start your career in HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through job boards and professional networks.
- Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions to attract candidates.
- Resume Screening: Review resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Interaction: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles and recruitment activities.
- Recruitment Support: Assist senior recruiters with hiring needs and strategies.
- Candidate Engagement: Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
- General Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
