We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of the org.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients or customers through various channels, including online research, networking events, and social media.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Outreach and Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our products/services and establish initial contact.
- Qualification of Leads: Assess the needs and requirements of potential clients to determine if there is a good fit between our offerings and their business objectives.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the other members of the sales team to schedule discussions, demos, and meetings with qualified leads.
- Maintain CRM Database: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Report Generation: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators for management review.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Data Analytics Landscape is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree – Any Specialization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Hunger, positivity, and curiosity are a must.
