- Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development (3+ years)
- Solid understanding of OOPS, SDLC, and system design principles
- Experience with Spring Boot, Servlets, and RESTful services
- Knowledge of Oracle & PostgreSQL databases
- Familiarity with multithreading, WebSockets, and performance optimization
- Experience working in Linux (RHEL) and Windows environments
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
