Position Overview:
We are seeking an dynamic HR Manager to join our team at Panacea Medical Technologies Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have over 8 +years of experience in Human Resources, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR functions and a commitment to creating a positive work environment. This role involves managing a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment to compliance and employee welfare.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the company adheres to all relevant statutory regulations, maintaining a thorough understanding of compliance requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the right talent is hired for various roles across the company.
• Develop and manage CTC structures for all levels, ensuring consistency and alignment with industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation and management of HR budgets, including calculations of variable pay.
• Define employee grades and levels while conducting CTC surveys to remain competitive in the market.
• Address and resolve employee grievances promptly, fostering a healthy and transparent work environment.
• Manage and enhance employee benefits programs, focusing on the well-being and welfare of employees.
• Prepare and update the company’s organizational structure, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
• Leverage HR dashboards to monitor key HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to management.
• Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience of 8+ years in an HR management role, with a focus on statutory compliance, recruitment, payroll, and employee welfare.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, statutory laws, and regulations.
• Experience in managing and analyzing HR data through dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and management.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR tools.
• Proficiency in both Kannada and English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with the team and employees.
