Job Summary
The HR Executive will oversee and manage various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee verification, onboarding, document preparation, employee benefits, contract renewals, and maintaining personnel records. This role also involves assisting with HR-related administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the HR department. Additionally, the HR Executive will be responsible for driving campus hiring initiatives and building a positive and inclusive work culture within the organization.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment process, including job advertising, screening applications, conducting interviews, and assisting with candidate selection.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute campus hiring initiatives, establish partnerships with universities and colleges, organize campus recruitment drives, and manage internship programs.
- Verify employee details after recruitment, including background checks and employment history verification.
- Prepare key employment documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and contract renewal letters.
- Manage the onboarding and induction process for new employees, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture and their specific job roles.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to manage employee benefits, such as accident insurance, ESI, and medical insurance.
- Register new employees with ESIC and assist them through the registration process.
- Monitor contract renewal and salary increment schedules, and prepare the relevant letters upon approval from the Executive Director.
- Maintain and organize accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Update the personnel database and ensure it is easily accessible for quick data retrieval.
- Generate and provide regular HR-related reports to the concerned departments.
- Ensure timely updates to the organizational structure (organogram) on a monthly basis.
- Oversee the resignation process, including preparing relieving letters and experience certificates for departing employees.
- Contribute to building a positive and inclusive organizational culture by promoting company values, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Support HR initiatives that align with organizational goals, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and internal communication efforts.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits programs (ESI, medical, accident insurance), and labor laws.
- HR certification or relevant HR training is a plus.
- Experience with HR software or HRIS systems is an advantage.
