Job Overview
Oracle is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative responsible for driving sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory. This role involves both Field Sales and Inside Sales functions, selling directly or via partners to small and medium-sized accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve maximum sales growth and profitability within the assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities using inbound and outbound techniques.
- Develop and manage accounts throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Consulting, and Support to meet customer needs.
- Deliver presentations and value propositions to C-level executives for strategic deal negotiations.
- Conduct onsite visits to identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to close complex deals and manage customer relationships.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Knowledge of Oracle products and competitive solutions is a plus.
