Location – Janakpuri (Delhi)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contributes to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers
- Develops social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directs promotional support.
- Maintains relations with customers (Retailers & Dealers) by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
- Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market trends.
- Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
- Completes social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees task to make reels and follow our channels, pages etc.
- Maintains social media marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, training, and managing employees.
- Research competitors pricing and products
- Decide on appropriate placement of ads
- Determine what content will reach customers
- Measure digital traffic
- Monitor social media and Google Analytics
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
Requirements:-
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive
