Job Description

Major accountabilities:

  • Actively contribute to professional and reliable technology delivery for business systems, Clinical platform (Veeva), and analytics processes for business domain/function(s) in scope.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to translate business requirements to Technology Solutions
  • Facilitate development of high-level designs for Technology Solutions.
  • Investigation, analysis, and documentation of all part of Clinical Development projects in terms of business functions and processes and the information they use.
  • Act as support in case of any major issue within operations and provide necessary support.
  • Onboarding of new technology within Clinical Development teams by building best practice approaches, define standard and rollout it to the systems and team involved.
  • Ensure that Systems and processes are meeting global standards and in full compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Actively contribute to on time, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio/respective engagements within budget.
  • Ensure the overall user experience is considered when designing and deploying new solutions and services.
  • Ensure adherence to Security & Compliance policies and procedures as well as with other Sandoz guidelines and standards.

Key performance indicators:

  • Delivery on agreed KPIs pertaining to Technology Solution delivery.
  • Contribution to innovative clinical technology solutions across Sandoz at scale.
  • Feedback on customer experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Work Experience:

  • Proven experience (12+years) in Clinical Development application architecture design
  • Experience on Veeva Clinical Operations Platform (CTMS, eTMF & Study Training)
  • Experience in client facing role working with multiple stakeholders from implementation until/including transition to operations.
  • Experience with Clinical Development vendors, executing and evaluating software to meet business requirements at scale.

Skills:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a role as Business Analyst/ Solution Engineer/ Techno-functional Consultant on Veeva Vault Clinical Operations Platform
  • Clinical development, solution design, application architecture reviews, troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Experience with change management through process engineering and/or participating in large-scale IT change / transformation programs.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills to present features and solution recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Languages :

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
