Responsibilities:
- Identifying and sourcing qualified candidates
- Conducting initial screenings
- Coordinating interviews end-to-end
- Managing all communications with the candidates
- Building and maintaining a strong worldwide network of potential candidates and industry contacts
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of job portals, boolean searches, and interviewing skills.
- Strong communication with a minimum B2 English level.
- Availability to overlap 4 hours with US working hours
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the field.
