ABOUT JOB

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key accounts.
  • Qualitative engagement with merchants.
  • Identifying business requirements and providing solutions
  • Action planning for the GMV impact.
  • Analyze the performance of the account.
  • Constantly liaise with other teams like Tech, Product, and Analytics to work on merchant feedback and new features.
  • Upsell the existing product offerings.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on the reports.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Should have analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Has worked as an account manager beforeKey
