We’re Hiring: Seller Growth & Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team and help scale our seller ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Seller Onboarding:
- Build and manage a lead pool of potential sellers.
- Proactively reach out and onboard sellers based on category requirements.
🔹 Selection Acquisition:
- Engage with new and existing sellers to create high-quality listings.
- Ensure quality standards and optimal pricing are met.
🔹 Account Management:
- Manage assigned seller accounts to drive growth.
- Share category insights and work on improving seller performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, business development, sales, or account management.
✅ Comfortable with fieldwork – 4 days of travel/seller visits per week.
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
✅ Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
✅ MBA preferred.
