Billing Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis
Work you will do In Accounts Receivable Analyst
– Entry of Accounts Receivable and Quality check of AP Vendor and Member Firm Invoices
– Analyzeandreconciletheoutstandingitems,includinghelpingReconciliationteaminDispute resolution
– Responsible for completing the Accounts Payable / Receivables within the required turn around time.
– AssistwithallaspectsoftheARprocess.Stronganalyticalskillswiththeabilitytoresearchandresolvedifficult Accounts Payable/Receivables related problems. Ability to read, comprehend and explain (to internal and external customers) firm policies that relate to AR.
– Send timely follow-upstone sure that issues are resolved inatimely manner.
– Interact with DTT business areas, FP & MFR econciliation Teams.
- Financial reporting and analysis ‒Responsiblefortheday-to-daymanagementofassignedARs,includingreviewingandcodingindividual expenses/billings, transaction flow, and account reconciliation to ledger
‒Support Finance Manager/Controller with monthly reporting responsibilities, ad-hoc analysis and support on an as-needed basis varying request to Controllers/Finance Manager solver and above the day-to-day reporting needs.

Qualifications Required
‒ Onetothreeyearsofexperienceinafinancialplanningandanalysis,AccountsPayable,AccountsReceivable or
Account Reconciliation, operations, preferably in MN Corglobal organizations
‒ MBA Finance / master’s in finance and accounting
‒ Proficient,orabletobecomeproficientquickly,withDTTLfinancialsystems(SAPECC, BW, and other as needed)
‒ Understanding of financial accounting(income statements, balance sheets, and cashflows)and financial and operational metrics/KPIs (key performance indicators) used by professional services firms
