Job Title: Software Engineer L1
CTC: 3.75 LPA – 4.5 LPA
Job Title: Software Engineer L2
CTC: 5 LPA – 6 LPA
Position and salary will be decided based on the performance.
Role & responsibilities
- Execute tasks across various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on evolving customer requirements.
- Write efficient and maintainable software product code.
- Report status, document improvements and maintain software functionality.
- Maintain data table structures, stored procedures, reports and optimize queries.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct research to identify new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve system functionality and efficiency.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible based on various business needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.E. / B.Tech. / M.C.A. / M.Sc. (Any branch) – 7 CGPA and Above
- PUC / 12th – 80% above
