<p><strong>Your Role And Responsibilities<br />
</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop sourcing strategies.</li>
<li>Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., online sourcing, networking, social media, Boolean searches) to identify potential candidates.</li>
<li>Proactively source passive candidates through cold calling, networking events, and other creative methods.</li>
<li>Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.</li>
<li>Engage with candidates to assess their interest, qualifications, and fit for specific roles.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.</li>
<li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and initial screening process.</li>
<li>Track and report sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing.</li>
<li>Collaborate with recruiters to continuously improve sourcing and recruiting processes</li>
</ul>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>Preferred Education</strong></p>
<p>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree</p>
<p><strong>Required Technical And Professional Expertise<br />
</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a talent sourcer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS).</li>
<li>Strong networking and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.</li>
<li>Certification in Sourcing or Recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter) is desirable</li>
