💼 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with Training expertise who brings strong knowledge in Direct Taxes and Indian Financial Laws. This role involves managing large-scale government projects while delivering impactful training and ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead as both Project Manager and Trainer for government or large institutional projects
• Deliver training sessions on Direct Taxes and financial regulations
• Manage end-to-end project execution – planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ensure adherence to Indian financial laws and statutory requirements
• Develop training materials, documentation, and progress reports
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones as per contractual commitments
• Support audits, reviews, and governance processes

✅ Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Direct Taxes (Mandatory)
• In-depth knowledge of Indian Financial Laws
• Understanding of Company Laws (added advantage)
• Experience working on government or large-scale projects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
• Strong project management & stakeholder handling abilities

🎯 Preferred Experience

• Experience as a Trainer or Subject Matter Expert in taxation/finance
• Exposure to government contracts or public sector projects
• Experience in national-level or large-scale programs

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to manage both project execution and training delivery
• Comfortable in structured, compliance-driven environments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
