<p>The mandate for this position is to design research strategies for all positions, identify talent pools &amp; screen candidates. In this role, you will work closely with Recruiters on an assignment basis.</p>

<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in any stream is a must (Master&#8217;s Degree is desirable)</li>

<li>The position is achievement oriented and requires resourcefulness to meet service delivery goals</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively, can be both direct as well as diplomatic in approach and can gain trust quickly</li>

<li>Generates a variety of approaches to problem solving including new and novel ideas you have</li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external</li>

<li>proficient in Word, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM&#8217;s with the</li>

<li>Establishes working relationships with internal and external partners</li>
<li>Assists on special projects for increased census/business needs throughout the year</li>
<li>Develops case studies on difficult to fill positions and makes appropriate recommendations</li>
<li>Trains/mentors junior team members on sourcing strategies and research techniques</li>
<li>Proactively explore options for improvement and introduce new initiatives to identify and develop solutions</li>
<li>Responsible for compliance with respect to statutory laws and for all periodic audits (internal and external)</li>

<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.</li>

<li>Schedule high volume interviews logistics for internal and external candidates, coordinating calendars, room bookings,, security passes, and sending meeting notices within established SLAs.</li>
<li>Communicate via email and phone and both internal and external candidates and hiring managers and ensure excellent candidate and hiring manager experience through prompt follow up and regular communication.</li>
<li>Provide the supporting documents to hiring managers such as interview guides, candidate resumes and interview packets along with tracking the interview progress.</li>
<li>Work with recruiters and be the point of contact in relation to Interview Scheduling.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Support talent acquisition activities (EB, DE&amp;I, career fairs, onboarding, recruitment) for a specific business area.</li>
<li>Participate in career events and maintain a talent pool for future needs. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess fit and cultural alignment.</li>
<li>Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to successful onboarding, creating a favorable company impression.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders like hiring managers and Regional P&amp;O (HRBPs &amp; Recruitment Specialists) and TA Partners.</li>
<li>Collaborate with P&amp;O Operations and P&amp;O Partners for offer presentations and negotiations, aligning offers with market conditions and internal compensation frameworks. Support efficient pre- and onboarding processes.</li>
<li>Work with employer branding specialists to incorporate brand content and strategies into recruitment efforts, enhancing employer attractiveness.</li>
<li>Lead DE&amp;I initiatives in recruitment.</li>
<li>Lead the Global TA billing process (internal billing) and other recruitment back-office activities.</li>
<li>Support and track progress on TA performance goals for the region.</li>
<li>Reporting and Analytics.</li>
</ul>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>Potentially Relevant Experience</strong></p>
<p>5 to 7 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in end to end hiring with Stakeholder management.</p>
<p>Excellent Communication and presentation skill</p>
<p>An eye for details; good reporting and analytical skills.</p>

<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>
<p>Real is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across USA and India to support the company’s growth and strategic objectives. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will develop effective recruitment strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Your role will be pivotal in building a strong talent pipeline and contributing to the company’s overall success.</p>
<p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Talent Sourcing &amp; Acquisition: Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.</li>
<li>Utilize Boolean searches and AI-driven tools to find top talent efficiently.</li>
<li>Candidate Screening &amp; Evaluation: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.</li>
<li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.</li>
<li>Administer skill assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication.</li>
<li>Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to hiring teams.</li>
<li>Offer Negotiation &amp; Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure candidate acceptance.</li>
<li>Guide new hires through onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Address concerns and facilitate smooth candidate transitions.</li>
<li>Compliance &amp; Documentation: Ensure adherence to US labor laws, EEOC guidelines, and company hiring policies.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).</li>
<li>Stay updated on visa requirements (H-1B, Green Card, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).</li>
<li>Stay updated on tax terms C2C/W2/1099/ Etc.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll do:</strong></p>

<li>3+ years of talent acquisition experience e.g., recruiting, sourcing, HR experience, or industry experience related to role.</li>



<li>Knowledge and experience hiring technical and Sales skills and utilizing ATS.</li>



<li>Interest and experience using LinkedIn and other tools to be ambassadors and to broadcast the Noventiq Story.</li>



<li>Advanced research/sourcing skills (use of Boolean, social media, and alternative search techniques).</li>



<li>Ability to have meaningful conversations with passive talent and persuasive enough to spark interest.</li>



<li>Naturally driven to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates.</li>



<li>Ability to drive clarity in ambiguity, define requirements, advise/consult and negotiate when required.</li>



<li>Ability to network within the industry to identify top performers and enjoying hosting both on-site and virtual meetings and events.</li>

<li>Gathers requirements and develops hiring plans that meet candidate needs throughout the hiring lifecycle. Owns elements of the candidate experience and prepares candidates for next phases of the process. <li>Talent Sourcing</li>



<li>Uses an understanding of talent markets and complex candidate profiles, as well as growing relationships with new talent pools and communities with future potential, to identify and engage candidates for immediate and future talent needs.</li>



<li>Develops strategies to generate differentiated talent in emerging roles or highly competitive talent pools to meet long-term business needs (e.g., industry, technical recruiting).</li>



<li>Candidate Assessment &amp; Screening</li>



<li>Leverages tools and assessment frameworks to assess candidates for Knowledge Skills, Competencies and Culture attributes. May contribute to the creation of assessment materials by identifying relevant competencies and job criteria.</li>



<li>Executes initial screening and assessing of candidates. Verifies talent pool by assessing relevant factors such as ability to hire, relocation considerations, immigration, and compensation.</li>



<li>Operational Compliance &amp; Excellence</li>



<li>Uses subject matter expertise on applying internal and external staffing policies, standards, and/or regulations throughout the entire staffing lifecycle to educate vendors, stakeholders, and other staffers on policy, system, and process issues. Identifies opportunities to optimize policies, systems, and processes.</li>



<li>Maintains current documentation on candidates’ qualifications and status in the appropriate staffing or tracking system, within compliance guidelines Captures relevant data in recruiting platform and leverages data to inform meaningful insights.</li>



<li>Candidate Onboarding</li>



<li>Organize and manage Employee pre-onboarding, onboarding, Induction, buddy program, assign training in LMS</li>

<li>Work very closely with external hiring vendors in driving the recruitment strategy for the location</li>



<li>Ensure the numbers the being hired as per the business needs</li>



<li>Run the internal referral program for the location and ensure traction</li>



<li>Work closely with the business and strategize the campus strategy for the location</li>



<li>Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements</li>



<li>Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications</li>



<li>Work closely with the location HR Business Partner for smooth onboarding of the new hires</li>



<li>Create recruitment related reports covering all recruitment metrics for the location</li>

<p><strong>Adapting to Change: </strong>Identifying key shifts in the hiring market then leading, developing, and implementing sourcing strategies that produce a continuous, highly qualified pipeline of professionals for all departments at MiQ.Participates in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.</p>



<p><strong>Communication: </strong>Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders when required.</p>



<p><strong>Commercial &amp; Entrepreneurial Thinking: </strong>Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.Executes initiatives for Employer branding and advertising opportunities with open MiQ positions.</p>
