<li>Effectively work with internal resources and 2nd level support groups as needed for ticket resolution.</li>
<li>Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer requests following established severity level guidelines and Expected Completions Dates.</li>
<li>Maintain ongoing communication with internal departments (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Product Support) to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Identify and assess departmental/individual training needs and take the necessary steps to keep abreast of products and services as well as enhancements and upgrades.</li>
<li>Ensure individual/departmental objectives are met.</li>

<li>High school diploma or GED, a Bachelor’s degree in communication or business is preferred .</li>
<li>No prior experience required.</li>
<li>PC experience in a Windows operating environment with strong typing ability preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.</li>
<li>Customer service experience preferred.</li>
<li>Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, etc). <br /><br /></li>

<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>
<p>The IPQA Specialist is a member of the Manufacturing Quality Assurance department at the Monroe manufacturing facility, reporting to either IPQA Supervisor . Primary responsibilities for this position are to provide quality support and oversight while production activities are underway in preparation (e.g., line clearance, material staging, label preparation, etc.) and during manufacturing, filling, packaging, validation, etc. The IPQA Specialist also compiles QA data for BPR associated with Glenmark marketed products in accordance with company and government regulations.</p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain quality system controls to ensure state of compliance and no critical and major market complaints to prevent costly recalls.</li>
<li>Take appropriate steps to reduce wastages and losses in the analysis process and build improved efficiency.</li>
<li>Perform line clearance and approval for use of areas/rooms for Dispensing, Sampling, Manufacturing and Packaging.</li>
<li>Obtain and analyze utility samples as needed.</li>
<li>Perform Packaging label creation.</li>
<li>Provide Quality support during In-Process Sampling, Validation, Cleaning Verification, activities, etc.</li>
<li>Perform regularly-scheduled and as-needed Compliance walk-throughs in Production and Warehouse.</li>
<li>Maintain Retain Sample storage.</li>
<li>Perform AQL visual inspection of finished good products</li>
<li>Review batch manufacturing documentation and assist Production personnel with documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Forms, Batch Production Records, Protocols, as needed.</li>
<li>Operate in compliance of cGMP, 21CFR, USP, EP and ICH regulatory requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>Education</strong></p>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline or closely related technical field of study.</p>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>

<li>3+ years of relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience</li>
<li>Experience in data review function of with previous experience on the floor in Manufacturing (Dispensing, Pouching, Inspection and Packaging, etc.) and/or Quality experience.</li>
<li>Quality experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong Technical writing skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of current cGMP regulations.</li>
<li>Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel.</li>
<li>Good written, verbal, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Good documentation skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills.</li>
<li>Time management.</li>

Document and ensure alignment.<br /><br />Stay connected to community practices, vendor resources, industry best practices, and networks to support research and information gathering for solutioning and driving improvements.<br /><br />Continually build relationships with internal and external departments and business segments to facilitate feedback, communications, cooperation, and project completion.<br /><br />Provide creative solutions and options that enhance the end-suer experience while ensuring high data quality, cost-effective, and supportability.<br /><br />Participate in establishing implementation plan and milestones for go-live adjusting schedule as necessary which includes ensuring all problems and issues are identified and resolved with procedures and training in place for post go-live support.<br /><br />Manage customer expectations through scope control, quality level, cost impacts, resources impact, and timeline considerations.<br /><br />Adjust to changing business priorities and urgent projects as needed.<br /><br />Develop and continually evolving deep functional and technical experience in support of disciplines across Human Resources such as recruiting, learning and development, compensation, benefits, payroll, time keeping, and workforce planning.<br /><br />Serve as system administrator for HR systems and applications across the enterprise eco-system.<br /><br />Lead reporting, gathering requirements, performing proof of concepts and hand-on configurations, along with supporting team members with end-to-end architecture, critical projects, integration, and data strategy in all areas of HR systems.<br /><br />Prepare and train employees, managers, and human resources on operating procedures and system functionality to ensure operational excellence.<br /><br />Determine root cause and ensure restoration of service and resolution of issues for longer term solutions.<br /><br />Responsible for leading projects to include defining project scope, developing detailed project schedule, tracking and monitoring issues, developing test plans, and adjusting the project plan as needed.<br /><br /><strong>Qualifications<br /><br /></strong></p>

<li>Substantial experience in system and process supporting Human Resources in core HRM/HR Administration, payroll, time keeping, learning management, benefits, and talent acquisition within a large, complex enterprise, ideally across a range of geographies and segments.</li>
<li>Experience supporting and implementing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures supporting Human Resources and/or HR systems.</li>
<li>Experience in supporting and leading pieces of large-scale projects and initiatives.</li>
<li>8+ years of experience with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, Success Factors, Kronos, ServiceNow, and/or ADP, preferably in a global, multi-tenant environment</li>
