<div><b>THE ROLE</b></div>

<p><br />We are looking for an Analyst Relations Executive to join our Marketing Communications team and support our Head of Analyst Relations. Our Analyst Relations (AR) function is a incredibly high-profile and well-regarded function within the organization. Our AR team manages the relationships with key analyst houses, whom we view as one of our most influential external audiences.<br /><br />The AR executive will work closely with the Head of AR to ensure that we maintain and accelerate Temenos’ leadership position in key analyst reports across our product portfolio.<br /><br />The AR executive will have at least five years of work experience, two of which should be in an AR role in-house or at an agency. The AR executive will be comfortable with working across timezones and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. This role involves working closely with spokespeople from our Product, Sales, Pre-Sales and Partner teams, as well as liaising with industry analysts. As our AR program has grown, we have experienced a significant increase in the number of evaluation and research requests that we receive. The AR executive should take the lead in compiling these evaluation/research requests and be confident in engaging with our Temenos experts, to ensure that these are completed on time and at high-quality standards.<br /><br />Strong project management and coordination skills are essential. Beyond evaluations requests, the AR manager will be co-ordinating responses to regular information requests, organizing briefings and analyst days, compiling research summaries. The AR executive will also partner with our Social and Digital teams to amplify analyst results externally. In addition, there is a data element to this role. This will involve reviewing quarterly deal data to help with analyst submissions.<br /><br />The AR executive will be fully supported throughout and there will be plenty of shadowing and learning opportunities so they can grow further in their career at Temenos.<br /><br />This role reports into the Head of Analyst Relations.</p>

<li>Support the overall global AR plan and goals that are aligned with our business objectives.</li>
<li>Provide initial input for key analyst reports working closely with our Product teams.</li>
<li>Compile all data required for the analyst report submissions and gain a strong understanding of each customer and the technology they use.</li>
<li>Liaise with Sales and Customer Reference Teams to identify the best reference choices available in specific verticals for product evaluations.</li>
<li>Review and track sales deals on a quarterly basis and liaise with senior business development managers to secure all relevant deal information.</li>
<li>Build relationships with analysts, understanding their research coverage and areas of interest to ensure we update them with the most relevant information to support their work.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to participate in upcoming analyst reports helping to establish and solidify our presence in all product areas.</li>
<li>Facilitate analysts briefings with Temenos spokespeople.</li>
<li>Support Product teams by providing relevant analyst research and access to analysts for insights to product development and market sizing.</li>
<li>Support the Corporate Communications team by securing analyst quotes.</li>
<li>Manage the internal process for all analyst contracts and POs by working closely with Procurement and Finance.</li>
<li>Compile collateral for sales teams to utilize during deal processes.</li>
<li>Create landing pages and social content featuring analyst content to help Marketing promote these externally.</li>
<li>Promote Analyst Relations accolades and achievements internally to foster a sense of pride in the business which in turn will be conveyed to our customers and prospects.</li>
<li>Provide and suggest effective analyst content/quotes/input to business communication activities where appropriate and relevant, such as white papers and press releases.</li>

You will work closely with our travel agent partners and other key stakeholders, creating and implementing impactful campaigns, developing trade-specific tools and resources, and ensuring our partners are equipped to effectively promote and sell G Adventures&#8217; products.<br /><br />Working closely with regional sales and marketing teams, our internal and external creative agencies, and key industry partners across Europe, you will be instrumental in elevating our trade marketing efforts to drive business growth and achieve our mission to change lives through travel.<br /><br />The role reports to the Director of Marketing, and currently benefits from hybrid work in London, UK (EC1V). Please note, this is not a digital marketing role &#8211; it is powered by humans, and run by relationships.<br /><br /><strong>What You’ll Be Doing<br /><br /></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement the trade marketing strategy for the European market, aligned with overall business objectives.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel partners across Europe, including travel agencies, tour operators, and consortia.</li>
<li>Create and execute trade marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and increase brand visibility within the European travel trade.</li>
<li>Develop and manage trade-specific marketing materials, tools, and resources, such as brochures, content, merchandise, and incentive programs.</li>
<li>Organise and participate in trade events, workshops, and roadshows to promote G Adventures and engage with travel partners.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and recommendations for optimization.</li>
<li>Manage the trade marketing budget for Europe, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising ROI.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and support the achievement of sales targets in the European market.</li>
<li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the European travel trade.</li>
<li>Ensure all trade marketing activities are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.</li>
<li>This role forms part of a tight and agile team, and it’s important to understand that while our mission remains our key focus, the responsibilities within this role may evolve over time, including changes and additions, and you will be expected to adapt at pace with those changes. <br /><br /></li>

<li>3+ years of experience in a trade marketing or B2B marketing role, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective trade marketing strategies.</li>
<li>Excellent project management skills and experience in managing multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and experience in measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities, setting KPIs, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations.</li>
<li>Lives within a commutable distance to our offices in east London (EC1V)</li>
<li>Willingness to travel within Europe as required.</li>
<li>The right attitude &#8211; agile, honest, positive and compassionate, with the ease to collaborate in person or virtually, either in written or spoken formats</li>
<li>Complete understanding of basic marketing principles, and modern marketing techniques</li>
