<p>The HR Manager – EM HUB ( based in India) will serve as the HR Business Partner for the EM E-commerce (Ecom) &amp; Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) teams , while also being the go-to HR partner for the EM HUB employees in India. This role will drive Biz partnering, workforce planning and HR operations to enable business growth and operational excellence.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>

<li>Partner with business leaders and HR Director to support organizational design, workforce planning, and capability building to drive sustainable growth. Act as the primary HR advisor to the Ecom &amp; DPC EM teams.</li>
<li>Oversee end-to-end HR processes for EM HUB employees in India, including recruitment, onboarding, relocation, performance management, compensation reviews, training &amp; development, and DEI initiatives.</li>
<li>Ensure seamless execution of key HR processes in collaboration with COEs -Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Partner, DEI, etc</li>
<li>Manage the Ecom &amp; DPC workforce planning process, covering organizational structure, capability development, budgeting, and SAC, FTE/PEX planning.</li>
<li>Analyze business needs and provide strategic recommendations to optimize talent deployment, cost efficiency, and future workforce readiness.</li>
<li>Support the execution of talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.</li>
<li>Develop and leverage HR analytics to track key people metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance trends) and proactively address workforce challenges.</li>
<li>Provide data-driven insights to business leaders, enabling informed decision-making and timely interventions.</li>
<li>Act as a key escalation point for EM HUB employees in India for employee relations matters, and value violations, ensuring fair resolution and adherence to company policies</li>
<li>Collaborate with local and regional teams to drive compliance, mitigate risks, and continuously enhance the employee experience</li>

This includes investment managers and superannuation funds, achieved through various analytical tools and reports. Your role will involve performance measurement, attribution and contribution analysis, risk analysis, and other value-added services such as portfolio optimization and manager analysis. Across 2023/2024 or last few years average the consolidated hiring volumes in the region have been 1000+. This is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. You will be responsible to hire the best talent for Sanofi and do this while providing world class candidate experience.<br /><br /><strong>Main Responsibilities<br /><br /></strong></p>

<li>Managing the entire recruitment process for all open positions within the defined scope, which includes sourcing, screening, assessing, and selecting candidates.</li>
<li>Proactively share the Talent and Market intelligence reports to stakeholders and then develop an effective hiring strategy accordingly.</li>
<li>Own and lead the Talent Acquisition agenda for the assigned positions and ensure continuous improvement of quality of hires, time to hire with a strong focus on Hiring Managers and Candidate Experience.</li>
<li>Work closely with local business HR &amp; TA Partners, stakeholders, talent management, communication, and procurement to ensure alignment, continuous improvement and understanding of recruitment operations. You will be a member of the Sanofi global TA Network and manage team.</li>
<li>Closely monitor key SLAs/KPIs of TA service delivery and ROI on technology and attraction strategies. Establish trusted advisor relationships with functional heads and key collaborators to ensure talent acquisition remains a key focus area in strategic planning.</li>
<li>You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, utilizing diverse sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.</li>
<li>Support in creating Employee Value Proposition (EVP) relevant to the hub, in collaboration with Lead Talent Acquisition and hub employer branding team.</li>
<li>You will work closely with Country Talent Management team to ensure that we have a holistic view of the best available internal and external talent.</li>
<li>You will bring in a “data driven approach” and showcase ROI through impactful metrics.</li>

<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>
<p>The category manager is responsible for onboarding the right quality supply to ensure demand is fulfilled with the right customer experience being delivered.</p>

<li>Ensuring no breakage in daily operations in your city</li>
<li>Implementing growth and quality improvement initiatives in sync with category heads at central level</li>
<li>Owning above mandate will require you to do the following –</li>
<li>Building a strong connect with service professionals in your city</li>
<li>Deploying your analytical skills to deep dive on key business problems and propose solutions</li>
<li>Getting your hands dirty in terms of going on ground to understand real issues, be it customer experience, partner onboarding, etc.</li>
<li>Running tight processes and SOPs in the city related to partner onboarding, service quality improvement, etc.</li>
