As a technical support representative, you will be responsible to solve customer queries with the help of chat and emails. Candidate should have excellent technical skills with the passion of learning new technology.

• Responding promptly to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via email and/or live chat.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints & technical problems by determining the cause of the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

• Proficient with English and have good written & verbal communication skills.

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive revenue by effectively selling all aspects of the hotel within the local and national marketplace. Hotel Indigo Liverpool boasts 151 bedrooms, a Marco Pierre White Steakhouse & Bar, Al Fresco Terrace with views down to the Liver Building. You will focus on events, social segments, implementing targeted sales and marketing activities such as direct selling, promotions, and digital campaign to drive revenue into the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the sales and marketing plan that aligns with the hotel’s objectives, outlining actions and strategies to support the hotel’s positioning in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with the hotel revenue team, supported by the General Manager and Area Sales Director, to devise strategies to retain and grow the business and maximize revenue.
• Continuously research competitor properties to obtain market and rate intelligence, understand business trends, and identify potential business to target.
• Support the preparation of the annual budgets and take ownership of driving and delivering agreed strategies in line with the hotel sales and marketing plan.
• Actively seek, identify, secure, and contract new and repeat business across all market segments, with a focus on corporate, meetings and events, and banqueting segments.
