<li>Lead and support the People Leadership Team and the People organization through continued growth and evolution</li>



<li>Act as a strategic consultant to leaders, partnering to guide and enable them in aligning their business and people strategies to optimize user and Stripe experience</li>



<li>Collaborate, develop and drive programs cross functionally to advance the People Strategy for Stripe</li>



<li>Leverage data, insights and craft to inform design and decisions on strategy, structure and programs and promote org health and productivity</li>



<li>Advise and coach leaders and managers on org design, change management interventions and other key organizational initiatives focused on optimizing for efficiency, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and decentralized decision-making</li>



<li>Support leaders as they execute on global talent and organizational planning, identifying and investing in critical talent and intentionally planning for future business needs and ambitious goals</li>



<li>Promote a culture guided by our Operating Principles, that continuously elevates the caliber and kindness of Stripes and better ways of working together<br /><br /></li>

<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<br /></strong></p>

<li>15+ years of experience as an HR business partner, preferably with a mix of experience in fast-growing technology companies and more established organizations</li>



<li>Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to help drive and align their people strategy and increase business results</li>



<li>Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design clear processes, and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solving</li>



<li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal</li>



<li>Proven ability to partner and influence across diverse groups and experience levels<br /><br /></li>

<p>Hybrid work at Stripe</p>



<p>Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.</p>



<p>Pay and benefits</p>



<p>The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €106,000 &#8211; €159,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.</p>



<p>Specific benefits and details about what compensation is included in the salary range listed above will vary depending on the applicant’s location and can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends.<br /><br /><br /><br /></p>

We are looking for a University Recruiting &amp; Programs Coordinator to join the team to help schedule interviews for Stripe candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience, as well as support our global internship program.</p>
<p>What you’ll do</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with university recruiters to design the candidate experience, and schedule interviews for Stripe intern and new grad candidates</li>
<li>Create and project manage a meaningful internship program for our global intern community through organizing and executing events and other engagement activities</li>
<li>Communicate with candidates to guide them through their upcoming interviews</li>
<li>Greet candidates, make them feel welcome, and ensure on-site interviews run smoothly</li>
<li>Help plan university recruiting events across the country, including coordinating event logistics (e.g. swag delivery, catering, travel, etc.) for job fairs, technical talks, and partnership events</li>
<li>Build out and improve administrative processes to make sure the recruiting process is seamless for current employees and candidates alike</li>
<li>Learn the ins and outs of the Stripe recruiting process and take on more complex responsibilities over time</li>

<p>Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.</p>
