Responsibilities

 

• Translate the Zeplin and Figma design to pixel-perfect, high-performing HTML and CSS.
• Collaborate with the business team to understand business requirements and define tech Roadmap.
• Collaborate with the backend team to design API contracts and integrate them with the website.
• Collaborate with the QA Engineers for end-to-end testing of the feature and the system.
• Design and Update test cases of the features and thoroughly test the system.
• Have an understanding of loopholes in the current system/architecture that can potentially break in the future and push towards solving them with other stakeholders.
• Understand and innovate the deployment infrastructure and processes to figure out the best possible way to serve the websites at scale.

Requirements

 

• 3-7 years of hands-on experience in industry solving complex problems from scratch.
• In-depth understanding of HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript (especially the reference type nature).
• You don’t need to mug up the HTML APIs or CSS3 properties, but you are expected to understand the difference between transform: translateX(50px), left: 50px, margin-left: 50px, padding-left: 50px.
• Good knowledge of ReactJS as well as an understanding of how everything works under the hood.
• Ability to bring new practices, architectural choices, and new initiatives onto the table to make the overall website more robust and resilient.
• Ability to own the tech roadmap for systems/Infrastructure.
• Inherent excitement to work at a fast-growing company in a rapidly changing environment.
• Desire to scale and grow with the company.
• Enthusiasm about learning and working with the latest technologies in web development.
• Keen and sharp eye for UI design.
