<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll do:</strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Product Management on the vision for Data Pipelines Product and create a product roadmap</li>
<li>Use your knowledge of the product vision and architectural direction to manage a product backlog, including writing detailed stories with acceptance criteria and success metrics</li>
<li>Synthesize customer and stakeholder requirements to create a value aligned, prioritized product backlog</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional teams (scrum teams) with product backlog refinement events that best setup teams with their planning and execution</li>
<li>Ensure product backlog items are chunked into understandable and consumable stories for their scrum team</li>
<li>Work collaboratively to lead the definition and setting of sprint goals</li>
<li>Collaborate in events of team reflection to help with team introspection, inspection, and adaptation</li>
<li>Leveling up Definition of Done with Scrum Team, ensuring clarity with team commitments</li>
<li>Working closely with engineers, architects, and product managers to modernize Hevo&#8217;s data pipeline platform</li>
</ul>

<li>You are business savvy, empathetic to customer and developer needs, and possess technical depth</li>
<li>Provide unambiguous, detailed user stories that include conditions of satisfaction</li>
<li>Highly self-aware and instinctively know when to adjust your communication style to appeal to different clients – technical and non-technical audience</li>
<li>Enjoy working with software engineers and architects alike, learning about new technologies, and evangelizing the enablement of self-service capabilities</li>
<li>Comfortable in prioritizing cross-cutting needs, often complex, uncertain &amp; ambiguous, between business and engineering priorities</li>
<li>Focus on high-value Product Delivery that best achieves Product Roadmap/Vision</li>
<li>Experience in experimenting and establishing innovative agile team practices that leads to frictionless flow of value</li>
<li>Ability to clearly express the product backlog items, harmonizing business and technical needs, while reasoned with the why?</li>
<li>5+ years of experience working hands on with ETL Tools like Talend, Informatica, AWS Glue and Data Warehousing Tools such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery &amp; Databricks.</li>
<li>Experience with application data lows, analytics, APIs, JSON and webhooks</li>
<li>Experience collaborating and successfully working with cross functional teams such as Engineering, Sales, Product and Support</li>
<li>You are motivated by devising solutions to complex sets of customer problems</li>

<div><b>Build an A+ SDR Team</b>: Recruit, train, and manage SDRs handling inbound and outbound sales engagements.</div>

<div><b>Drive Process Excellence</b>: Create and refine SOPs, scripts, email pitches, and outreach strategies to maximize opportunities generated.</div>

<div><b>8+ years</b> in Sales/Business Development, preferably B2B.</div>
<div><b>1-2 years</b> leading lead generation or SDR teams (preferred).</div>
<div>Proven success selling into <b>US markets</b>.</div>
<div>Strong track record in <b>outbound sales</b> and cold calling.</div>
<div>Hands-on experience with CRMs like <b>HubSpot</b> or <b>Salesforce</b>.</div>
